How long does setup take?
Most stores are up and running in under 5 minutes. Install from the Shopify App Store, customize your portal in the editor, link it from your store nav — done.
Do I need a developer?
Nope. Everything is no-code, configured from your Shopify admin. TrackBack handles authentication, billing, refunds and labels through Shopify's official APIs.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. All paid plans come with a 14-day free trial, no credit card required upfront — Shopify only charges you after the trial ends. And the Free plan is, well, free forever (up to 10 returns/month).
Can I cancel anytime?
Absolutely. Downgrade to Free or uninstall from your Shopify admin in one click. Billing is handled by Shopify so cancellation is instant — you keep access for the remainder of your billing period.
Is my data safe?
Yes. We're fully GDPR compliant with mandatory Shopify privacy webhooks (data request, customer redact, shop redact). All webhooks are HMAC-verified. We never store payment data — Shopify handles billing end-to-end.
Does TrackBack work outside the US?
Yes — TrackBack works in any country Shopify operates in. The portal is multi-language ready and you can configure your return address, currency and policies to match your store.
